Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from Bytes && Pieces, but if you don't, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. Items damaged in transit back to Bytes && Pieces will not be accepted, so please securely package your return.

To start a return, please submit your request through our Pietra return portal. If we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We must receive your item within 30 days after we approve your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photo of the damage must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customized/personalized items, sale items, and items identified as non-returnable on their product pages cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or variation, simply initiate a return and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Cost

We will cover the cost of return shipping if your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For all other returns, we will not cover or reimburse the shipping costs you incur to return the item to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
