Shipping Issues
If tracking says that your package was delivered but you can't find it after looking all around your building and asking the members of your household and neighbors, contact the shipping carrier to see if they have more information. We cannot provide a refund or free replacement for packages that the shipping carrier confirms were delivered. However, we can assist you with filing a police report if your package was stolen.
If the shipping carrier attempts to deliver your package and determines that it is undeliverable, you may need to pick it up at the shipping center location. Packages that the shipping carrier determines to be undeliverable (because of a failed delivery attempt, incorrect shipping address, or other issue) may be temporarily held at a processing center or shipping center location. Packages that are not promptly picked up from the shipping carrier will be discarded.
Let us know immediately if the shipping carrier confirms that it lost your package, if your items were damaged in transit, or if you experience any other problem so we can resolve the issue.
